Pasta from Scratch
Join Kevin in a fun and informative cooking class where you’ll learn to make fresh homemade pasta from scratch. In this hands-on experience, you’ll master the art of making, rolling, and forming your pasta dough into popular pasta shapes like fettuccini, farfalle, ravioli, and tortellini. Chef Kevin will guide you through the process step-by-step, so even if you’re new to cooking, you’ll feel confident in your abilities by the end of the class.
Once you’ve made your pasta, Chef Kevin will show you how to create three delicious sauces: Pesto, Alfredo, and Balsamic Brown Butter. Then, sit down to enjoy your freshly made pasta with your homemade sauce and a glass of wine. You’ll leave the class with newfound pasta-making skills and the ability to impress your friends and family with your culinary creations.
