Get your aprons ready, folks, because this is going to be a brunch like no other! Don’t wait – spaces are filling up fast! Let’s turn your kitchen into a tropical paradise. Are you in? ποΈπ΄
- Polynesian shirred eggs (cooked on a bed of tomatoes, bell peppers, and pineapple and dusted with gruyere cheese)
- Coconut fireballs (fried spicy coconut, pineapple and pork balls) with Polynesian sauce
- Chevrettes a la vanille et coco (shrimp cooked with vanilla and coconut)
- Sweet and russet potato poi
- Haupia (coconut pudding) with mango sauce
Wine, beer, and cocktails are available for purchase from our bar. Come early for cocktails (1:00) β class begins at 1:30!

Your instructor, Chef Joel, is a nationally-recognized culinary instructor with over 25 years of teaching experience.
