What You Will Learn

We believe the best way to learn is by doing. Under Chef Kevin’s expert guidance, you will transform simple ingredients into spectacular dishes. You will walk away with the confidence to recreate these vibrant meals in your own home.

• Master the Dough: Discover the secrets to mixing, kneading, and rolling smooth, elastic pasta dough from scratch.
• Shape and Fill: Cut beautiful ribbons of fresh fettuccine and carefully craft delicate, ricotta-filled cheese ravioli or tortellacci.
• Build Flavorful Sauces: Whisk together a bright, roasted cherry tomato sauce and build a deeply rich truffle cream sauce, perfectly finished with a sweet balsamic fig glaze.

After the cooking is done, sit down with your group to taste the incredible meal you just created:
