Cake Decorating II – Flowers

If you thought cake decorating couldn’t get any more fun, think again, because our second class is all about flowers! That’s right, we’re going to explore the art of creating beautiful drop flowers, nail flowers, and of course, everyone’s favorite- the perfect rose.

Under the guidance of Certified Master Baker, Punky Egan, you’ll learn how to craft these stunning floral decorations, with tips and tricks that will make it easier than you could ever imagine. From the perfect petal shape to the right color combination, you’ll learn all the secrets of flower making that will have everyone thinking you’re a natural-born floral artist.

You’ll practice floral sprays with leaves and decorate a cupcake with a flower of your choice. We’ll provide you with all the materials, from the piping bags and tips to the frosting. All you need to bring is a willingness to learn and a passion for creating beautiful, edible works of art. It’s all about unleashing your creativity and having fun, and we promise, you’ll be left with a smile on your face and a heart full of pride at what you’ve accomplished. Our baking classes offer more than just recipes—they provide a unique and engaging opportunity to learn baking techniques as a group. You’ll work with other students in small groups of 4 or fewer for a fun, hands-on experience led by Certified Master Baker, Punky Egan.
