DelecTable Cooking Class Cancellation Policy

Hey there, food lovers!

We're thrilled that you've decided to embark on a culinary adventure with DelecTable! Before we get cooking, let's go over some important details about our class registration and cancellation policy.

When you sign up for a DelecTable cooking class, you're not just booking a spot - you're reserving a sizzling experience filled with fun, flavor, and fantastic memories! That's why we have certain terms and conditions in place to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to join our culinary party.

Registration Process:

Once you've selected your preferred class, simply follow the prompts to complete your registration. Please note that by registering, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Cancellation & Refunds:

We understand that life can sometimes cook up unexpected events. If you can’t attend a class for which you’ve registered, up to two weeks before the scheduled class you can cancel for a full refund or a credit towards a future class.

However, due to the nature of our classes and the planning involved, we do not offer cancellations or refunds with less than two weeks notice.

But don't worry, we've got a couple of options for you:

1. Ticket Transfer: Can't make it to class? No problem! Feel free to pass on your ticket to a friend, family member, or anyone who shares your love for food. Just let us know their name and contact information at least 24 hours before the class starts.
2. Waitlist Transfer: If you're unable to attend and can't find anyone to take your spot, you might still be eligible for a refund IF someone on our waitlist takes your place. We can't guarantee this, but we promise to do our best to fill your spot.

If we have to reschedule or cancel a cooking class due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reach out to you ASAP by email. Then the choice is yours: reschedule and keep the cooking dream alive or get a full refund and plan your next culinary adventure. Either way, we're here to spice things up with options!

Remember, cooking is all about flexibility and creativity, and we believe our policies reflect that spirit. By registering for our classes, you're agreeing to these terms, ensuring that we can keep serving up unforgettable culinary experiences for all.
