Treat yourself to a little mid-week cheer with our Wine Wednesday Dinner, while still being ‘Safer at Home.’ This delicious French dinner, complete with a perfectly paired bottle of Scotto Cabernet Sauvignon, is wonderfully filling and warming. Our hearty Lamb Bourguignon dinner is completed by a Winter Chopped Beet Salad, Rosemary Buttermilk Smashed Potatoes and Cauliflower, and for dessert, Red Wine Poached Pear Trifle.
