    This intimate dinner is guided by host and epicure Justin Gibson, Executive Chef Nick Johnson, and Sommelier Hudson Doolittle. Chef Nick will teach you how to prepare Pan Roasted Duck Breast with professional secrets, just like they are cooked in your favorite restaurants. Our talented chef and sommelier lead and educate you through finishing and savoring this superb dinner in your own kitchen.

    Our Chef and Sommelier will guide you through a robust dinner with superbly paired wine. The menu includes a Charcuterie and Cheese Plate to Share, Seared Hamachi Crudo, Pan Roasted Duck Breast, and for dessert, vomFASS Nessler Nut Chocolate Fondant Tart.
