Celebrate the start of the new year right, with a fabulous Surf & Turf feast! Join us for an evening of fine food, excellent wine and good company and help support the Junior League of Madison. It’s a dinner experience unique to Madison.

This intimate dinner is guided by host and epicure Justin Gibson, Executive Chef Nick Johnson, and Sommelier Hudson Doolittle. Chef Nick will teach you how to prepare Filet and Scallops with professional secrets, just like they are cooked in your favorite restaurants. Our talented chef and sommelier lead and educate you through finishing and savoring this superb dinner in your own kitchen.

Our Chef and Sommelier will guide you through a robust dinner with superbly paired wine. The menu includes Seared Sea Scallop with Smoked Pork Onion Tart, Roasted Filet of Beef with Marsala Shrimp Diablo Sauce, and vomFASS Sun Meadow Carrot Cake for dessert. 

Your virtual dinner experience comes in a kit of specially prepared ingredients, to make it easy and fun to prepare while still picking up tips, tricks, and new favorite recipe ideas.

Pick up your meal and wines the day of your dinner. Please choose a time between 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for your pickup.
