In-person Culinary Dinner Theater is returning! This is our signature event, where the chef is the star, our sommelier and mixologists the co-stars, and you, our guests, are the audience, and your palates the judges. Our Chefs will treat you to an extraordinary multi-course feast, where each course is paired perfectly with wine and spirits.
Also returning is Chef Jake Lawler, and we’re thrilled to have him back, rejoining Chef Drew Niedercorn. During his hiatus from DelecTable, Jake gained additional experience in one of Madison’s most elevated restaurants. Now he’s ready to take his food and your experience to the next level!
We are focusing even more completely on local, organic, and sustainable ingredients. Our first menu with Chef Jake is a great representation of our renewed attention to superb elements, with Seven Seeds Organic Grass-Fed Beef and Rushing Waters Trout.
You’ll dine in a comfortably distant but still intimate setting. We’ve taken extra precautions to help keep everyone safe and healthy. Our entire team will be fully vaccinated when we resume in-person dinners with this event.
This Culinary Dinner Theater menu is a sophisticated Seven Courses. In addition to the main menu, we are offering menu variations to make sure you know you are most welcome, regardless of your dietary preferences or restrictions.
One seating, 6:00 p.m. Reservations are required with a $20 deposit per person to reserve your seat. You’ll pay the remaining balance, including the 20% Service Charge, when you check in prior to start of your event. Our Service Charge ensures all our employees are paid a living wage.

**Full Tasting Pour is about half a drink per pairing (i.e. approximately 2.5oz wine, .75oz spirit, 6oz beer). Half Tasting Pour is half of that. You are also welcome to order drinks from our full bar before or during dinner. Whatever your choice, please plan accordingly for getting home safely.
