Culinary Dinner Theater is our signature event, where the chef is the star, our sommelier and mixologists the co-stars, and you, our guests, are the audience, and your palates the judges. Our Chefs will treat you to an extraordinary multi-course feast, where each course is paired perfectly with wine and spirits.
Chef Jake Lawler returns to us after gaining additional experience in one of Madison’s most elevated restaurants. Now he’s ready to take his food – and your experience – to the next level!
We are focusing even more completely on local, organic, and sustainable ingredients. This menu with Chef Jake is a great representation of our renewed attention to superb elements, with Seven Seeds Organic Grass-Fed Beef and Rushing Waters Trout. It is a sophisticated Seven Courses.
Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for a cash bar until 6:30 p.m. Dinner starts shortly thereafter. Tickets are required to be purchased by end of day on Tuesday, June 8.

Dinner with Half Tasting Pour: $96/person*
Dinner: $78/person*
*Ticket Price includes 20% service charge (gratuity) on food and drink.
Full Tasting Pour is about half a drink per pairing (i.e. approximately 2.5oz wine, 0.75oz spirit, 6oz beer). Half Tasting Pour is half of that. You are also welcome to order drinks from our full bar before or during dinner. Whatever your choice, please plan accordingly for getting home safely.
