The dynamic collision of chemistry, physics and the culinary arts has revolutionized dining and converted restaurant kitchens into cutting-edge laboratories and chefs into modern-day alchemists. DelecTable is presenting an evening of molecular gastronomy using only local sources and Chef Lawler’s ingenuity. General Seating: $89/person*

Full Tasting Pour: +$35/person**

Half Tasting Pour: +$25/person**

We are seating only 20 guests each evening, as this menu is so technically complex to prepare. Reserve your seat early!

 

One seating, 6:00 p.m. Reservations are required with a $20 deposit per person to reserve your seat. On-line registration closes two days before the dinner, but you’re welcome to call the store after that to see if there is space available.

This dinner is inside seating only. If current guidelines permit, we may seat two couples, registered separately in general seating, together at one table for four. We request that you be fully vaccinated and we will ask your permission to be seated with another couple. Chef’s Table seating is adjacent, so you will have others seated at your side.

If you are Pescatarian, Vegetarian, or Vegan, please note your preference when reserving your seat. This entire menu is Gluten-Free Friendly.

*Price includes dinner. Pairings are additional. Tax and 20% service charge on food and drink will be added at event. Remaining payment (less the $20 deposit) to be made when checking in prior to start of the event. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

**Full Tasting Pour is about half a drink per pairing (i.e. approximately 2.5oz wine, 0.75oz spirit, 6oz beer). Half Tasting Pour is half of that. You are also welcome to order drinks from our full bar before or during dinner. Whatever your choice, please plan accordingly for getting home safely.
