The Chef’s emphasis on farm-to-table cuisine showcases the extraordinary array of Wisconsin’s agricultural heritage. Always searching out the very best of the season ensures that DelecTable menus highlight the natural diversity of Wisconsin’s farmlands and provides an honored place at the table to local artisan producers.
Chef Lawler will stay open to the availability of seasonal produce, and the menu will evolve to reflect the harvest and his creative approach to locally sourced cuisine.

One seating, 6:00 p.m. Reservations are required with a $20 deposit per person to reserve your seat. Reservation deadline is two days before the dinner.
This dinner is inside seating only. If current guidelines permit, we may seat two couples, registered separately in general seating, together at one table for four. We request that you be fully vaccinated and we will ask your permission to be seated with another couple. Chef’s Table and the Bar are adjacent seating, so you will have others seated at your side.

**Full Tasting Pour is about half a drink per pairing (i.e. approximately 2.5oz wine, 0.75oz spirit, 6oz beer). Half Tasting Pour is half of that. You are also welcome to order drinks from our full bar before or during dinner. Whatever your choice, please plan accordingly for getting home safely.
