Grown-Up Gourmet Grilled Cheese | Cooking Class

Starting with some of Madison’s finest breads, fresh Wisconsin creamery butter and, of course, some of the best-in-the-world Wisconsin cheeses, we will venture into the wonderful world of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches in observance of National Grilled Cheese Month. On the menu are these delicious grilled cheese combinations:
Caprese with Fresh Mozzarella, Basil Pesto & Roasted Tomato Sandwich
Oven-Roasted Maple & Black Pepper-Glazed Bacon & Aged Cheddar Sandwich
Parmesan Frico-Crusted Grilled Pork, Caramelized Onion & Swiss Sandwich (Crispy cheesy outer crust), served with mouth-watering Sherried Tomato Bisque
and a grilled Blueberry, Brie and Brioche Sandwich with Lemon Drizzle for dessert.
Cold beer and wine, in addition to cocktails, are available for purchase from our bar. Come early for cocktails (5:30) — class begins at 6:00!
Our classes are small, so you get personal attention from our professional instructors. You will work as a group as you join in the fun to prepare the menu. Your instructor, Chef Joel, is a nationally-recognized culinary instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. He brings his unique flair to teaching, using his sense of humor and passion for cooking to inspire and involve his students.
