Six to Seven Courses | Pairings

 

“The French call it terroir, we call it Oregon.” This delightful quote is the perfect expression for the Willamette Valley, the home of Eola Hills Winery. Founded in the 1980’s, Oregonian Tom Huggins convinced a handful of friends and family to invest with him in just 35 acres, where he wanted to grow some grapes. Today, as one of Oregon’s largest wineries, Eola Hills has grown to 325 acres and is still family owned and operated. Tom’s son, Brett, has recently moved to Wisconsin, following love. He is excited to be bringing his family’s wines to his new home state.

Paired together for the first time, DelecTable and Eola Hills will present a one-night only dinner. Chef Ben is creating a 6-7 course dinner with each course designed specifically to be paired with the perfect Eola Hills wine. This is a unique opportunity to experience the ultimate in a food-wine marriage.

While we are still finalizing the wine selection and menu, Eola Hills’ specialty is exceptional Pinot Noir. Therefore, you can be assured a very nice selection of Pinots. You will enjoy meeting Brett and learning more about this premier wine growing region and his beautiful wines.

Full Tasting Pour: +39/person**

Please note any dietary restrictions when reserving your seat.

One seating, 6:00 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 – please come early to enjoy a before-dinner glass of wine or cocktail!

Reservations are required with a $20 deposit per person to reserve your seat. On-line registration closes two days before the dinner, but you’re welcome to call the store after that to see if there is space available.

This dinner is inside seating only. If current guidelines permit, we may seat two couples, registered separately in general seating, together at one table for four. We ask that you be fully vaccinated and we will ask your permission to be seated with another couple. The Chef’s Table and the Bar have adjacent seats, so you will have others seated at your side.

 

*Price includes dinner. Pairings are additional. Tax and 20% service charge on food and drink will be added at event. Remaining payment (less the $20 deposit) to be made when checking in prior to start of the event. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

**Full Tasting Pour is about half a drink per pairing (i.e. approximately 2.5oz wine, 0.75oz spirit, 6oz beer). You are also welcome to order drinks from our full bar before or during dinner. Whatever your choice, please plan accordingly for getting home safely.
