As we continue to build our Friday and Saturday Culinary Dinner Theater to new heights of indulgence and theatrical delights, we wanted to offer a counterbalance for those wanting the DelecTable experience in a more condensed version. Therefore, we are pleased to announce Five Course Thursdays!
Chef Ben and our wine experts will still lead you through each tantalizing course. However, instead of an immersive adventure that’s around three hours, this will be two unhurried hours.

The menu shown here is our current menu. Chef Ben introduces new dishes frequently, to bring you the most flavorful seasonal ingredients.
Since our menu constantly evolves, we ask you to list all dietary preferences and restrictions, and we will be happy to make you something special. For instance, if you are not a fan of fish, put that as a dietary preference during checkout and your meal won’t include a fish dish. That said, we encourage you to be adventurous — we love changing people’s mind on things they haven’t traditionally liked!

As we mentioned above, if you have food preferences or dietary restrictions, please note them when making your reservation. We also offer the option of simply asking for a Pescatarian, Vegetarian, Vegan, or Gluten-Free-Friendly dinner.
Please arrive early to enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine before dinner! Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and dinner service starts promptly at 6 p.m.
Reservations are required with a $20 deposit per person to reserve your seat. On-line registration closes at noon on the day of the dinner, but you’re welcome to call the store after that to see if there is space available.
This dinner is inside seating only. If current guidelines permit, we may seat two couples, registered separately in general seating, together at one table for four. We will ask your permission to be seated with another couple, and we request that you be fully vaccinated. The Chef’s Table and the Bar have adjacent seats, so you will have others seated at your side.
*Price includes dinner. Pairings are additional. Tax and 20% service charge on food and drink will be added at event. Remaining payment (less the $20 deposit) to be made when checking in prior to start of the event. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
**Full Tasting Pour is about half a drink per pairing (i.e. approximately 2.5oz wine, 0.75oz spirit, 6oz beer). Half Tasting Pour is half of that. You are also welcome to order drinks from our full bar before or during dinner. Whatever your choice, please plan accordingly for getting home safely.
