Chef’s Tasting Menu | Culinary Dinner Theater

Join us for a delightful evening of splendid flavors and memorable experiences. Culinary Dinner Theater is our signature event, where the chef is the star, our sommelier and mixologists the co-stars, and you, our guests, are the audience, and your palates the judges. Our chef and his team will present five delicious courses, with each paired wonderfully with wine and spirits. We are focusing even more completely on local, organic, and sustainable ingredients. This menu with Chef Jake is a great representation of our renewed attention to superb elements, with Icelandic Arctic Char, Smoked Nueske’s Duck, and Door County Cherries.

You’ll dine in a comfortably distant but still intimate setting. We’ve taken extra precautions to help keep everyone safe and healthy. Our entire team is fully vaccinated.

Now that it’s spring, you may choose to dine indoors or outside, on our patio!

General Seating: $50/person*

We regret that we are unable to offer seating at the Chef’s Table or at the Bar at this time, due to safety precautions.

PAIRING PRICES

Full Tasting Pour: +$25/person**

Half Tasting Pour: +$15/person**

*Price includes dinner. Pairings are additional. Tax and 20% service charge on food and drink will be added at event. Remaining payment (the full amount less the $20 deposit) to be made when checking in prior to start of the event. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

**Full Tasting Pour is about half a drink per pairing (i.e. approximately 2.5oz wine, 0.75oz spirit, 6oz beer). Half Tasting Pour is half of that. You are also welcome to order drinks from our full bar before or during dinner. Whatever your choice, please plan accordingly for getting home safely.

One seating, 6:00 p.m. Reservations are required with a $20 deposit per person to reserve your seat. You’ll pay the remaining balance when you check in prior to start of event.

Covered outdoor seating will be used if it’s lightly raining. Deposit refunds for patio tickets will be issued for more inclement weather.
