Five Courses | Five Pairings

Sparkling is the perfect word to describe this incomparable one-night dining experience. DelecTable will host a unique evening of spectacular food, extraordinary wine pairings, and an opportunity to be entertained and informed by one of the world’s sparkling wine experts. Baptiste Antech-Gazeau, visiting from France, will present a delightful and informative talk covering the history and cultural impact his family’s sparkling wines have had on the world. Limoux, in the foothills of the Pyrenées in the southwest region of France, is historically famous for originating sparkling wine in the 1500s. The exciting collaboration between the winery and DelecTable will be evidenced by the five course dinner prepared by Chef Jake Lawler and exquisitely paired with Antech de Limoux sparkling wines.

One seating, 6:00 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 – please come early to enjoy a before-dinner glass of wine or cocktail!

Reservations are required with a $20 deposit per person to reserve your seat. On-line registration closes two days before the dinner, but you’re welcome to call the store after that to see if there is space available.

This dinner is inside seating only. If current guidelines permit, we may seat two couples, registered separately in general seating, together at one table for four. We ask that you be fully vaccinated and we will ask your permission to be seated with another couple. The Chef’s Table and the Bar have adjacent seats, so you will have others seated at your side.

 

*Price includes dinner. Pairings are additional. Tax and 20% service charge on food and drink will be added at event. Remaining payment (less the $20 deposit) to be made when checking in prior to start of the event. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

**Full Tasting Pour is about half a drink per pairing (i.e. approximately 2.5oz wine, 0.75oz spirit, 6oz beer). You are also welcome to order drinks from our full bar before or during dinner. Whatever your choice, please plan accordingly for getting home safely.
