Imagine yourself at a sidewalk bistro in the heart of Paris while helping to prepare and then feasting on these classic bistro dishes:
Pissaladière (caramelized onion and black olive tart)
Smoked Salmon Rillettes with Fresh Pickled Vegetables (in-house smoked salmon folded into a creamy mayonnaise, Dijon, dill and lemon sauce)
Mussels Marinière (wine-and-shallot steamed mussels) with fresh, crusty French bread
Poulet à la Forestière (chicken in creamy white wine and mushroom sauce) with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
and mouth-watering, flaky French Butter Cookies with Fresh Fruit and Crème Chantilly for dessert.
Cold beer and wine, in addition to cocktails, are available for purchase from our bar. Come early for cocktails (5:30) — class begins at 6:00!
Our classes are small, so you get personal attention from our professional instructors. You will work as a group as you join in the fun to prepare the menu. Your instructor, Chef Joel, is a nationally-recognized culinary instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. He brings his unique flair to teaching, using his sense of humor and passion for cooking to inspire and involve his students.
