Mid-Summer Tasting Menu | Culinary Dinner Theater

Eight to Ten Courses | Pairings
Fridays, Saturdays | July | Dinner 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Honoring the explosion of seasonal produce, Chef Ben has designed tantalizing tasting menus for July. Each menu will highlight the very best of that week’s harvest, always evolving to take advantage of Chef Ben’s creative and professional skills. The diner will be feted to 8-10 small plate courses, exquisitely prepared and created to showcase the season’s very best offerings. As these complex menus require considerable preparation, DelecTable is paring down the seating to a mere 28 diners per evening. This will enhance the dining experience and provide the perfect intimate atmosphere to enjoy these indulgent dishes.

Eola Hills Winemaker Dinner | Culinary Dinner Theater

Six to Seven Courses | Pairings
Thursday | July 14 | Dinner 6:00-9:00 p.m.
“The French call it terroir, we call it Oregon.” This delightful quote is the perfect expression for the Willamette Valley, the home of Eola Hills Winery. Founded in the 1980’s, Oregonian Tom Huggins convinced a handful of friends and family to invest with him in just 35 acres, where he wanted to grow some grapes. Today, as one of Oregon’s largest wineries, Eola Hills has grown to 325 acres and is still family owned and operated. Tom’s son, Brett, has recently moved to Wisconsin, following love. He is excited to be bringing his family’s wines to his new home state.
Paired together for the first time, DelecTable and Eola Hills will present a one-night only dinner.

Cooking Classes

Go beyond recipes! Join us for an exciting culinary experience designed to elevate your gastronomic journey. With Chef Joel Olson you’ll build on the fundamentals, explore the basic science and techniques that open your taste buds, and improve your culinary confidence.

On Wednesday evenings, Chef Joel is offering Mexican Fiesta, Curry without Worries, and Tacos without Borders. Wine, beer, and craft cocktails are available for purchase before and during class from our bar.

Five Course Thursdays | Culinary Dinner Theater

Thursdays | Dinner 6:00-8:00 p.m.
As we continue to build our Friday and Saturday Culinary Dinner Theater to new heights of indulgence and theatrical delights, we wanted to offer a counter balance for those wanting the DelecTable experience in a more condensed version.  Therefore, we are pleased to announce Five Course Thursdays! 
Chef Ben and our wine experts will still lead you through each tantalizing course. However, instead of an immersive adventure that’s around three hours, this will be two unhurried hours.

This little gem is on the back of the Vom Fass store. I have been twice to the “Culinary Dinner Theatre” and had a great time as well as wonderful food. This space is home to tastings, cooking classes, and meals on a scheduled basis. Reservations strongly advised if not required.

Most amazing dinning experience I’ve ever had. Really fun and informational on what you’re going to eat. I’m a vegetarian and they catered to my needs. I also went on my birthday which I shared with three others and they made us feel special for spending our birthday with them.

The owner was amazing and was attentive to the all the guests. The new executive chef is really creative while maintaining the traditional aspects of the meals that were served.
